The area is being built up with standardized storage containers, which are installed and maintained by Terra One partner companies. The grid connection is coordinated and implemented in consultation with the responsible network operator.
The space requirement depends entirely on the available and desired capacity at the substation. We are building 15 to 500 MW projects. 1500 to 2000 square meters are enough for a small 15 MW storage system. In order to implement larger projects, at least 1 hectare and more is required.

Area check

We submit a network request to the responsible network operator and clarify all technical requirements.

After securing the grid connection, you will receive an individual lease offer and we will clarify all contractual details.

Final project planning
After conclusion of the lease agreement, we prepare the detailed plan for the implementation of the project.

Approval by competent authorities
The project is submitted to the responsible building authorities and official approvals are obtained.

Construction and commissioning
After approval, the plant will be built. Depending on the size of the project, the construction phase takes around 6 to 12 months.
